Program Objectives
The Passport to Fatherhood program offers individual case management and resources committed to supporting fathers. We partner with fathers to help them as they develop and maintain relationships with their children. In addition to individual case management, the program offers weekly group meetings using the “24:7 Dad” curriculum. Group meetings focus on providing instruction to help fathers with parenting or co-parenting by promoting communication, behavior management skills, coping skills, and best practices for parenting. The program recognizes the important role of fathers in contributing to the health of their children, families, and community. The program is committed to providing them with the services and resources they need to become the best version of themselves .
